1. About These Terms

By visiting ardisartworks.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our Products

Ardis Artworks sells handmade bronze, copper, and clay/stoneware artwork. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish from the photos shown are normal and expected, as that's part of owning a handmade piece, not a defect.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Commissions and Custom Work

For custom commissions, timelines, pricing, and deposit requirements will be agreed upon directly with the customer before work begins. Custom pieces may not be eligible for return once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping

We take care in packaging fragile artwork, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it arrived damaged.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Ardis Artworks / James Ardis and may not be reproduced, copied, or sold without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ardis Artworks is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
