Return Policy
We want you to love your handmade piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. In this case, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturer defect, Ardis Artworks will cover the cost of return shipping as well as the repair (or replacement) at no charge to you.
Returns are accepted by mail for new, unused items. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
